Product Catalogue Lead

We are looking for a PIM/CMS Catalogue Specialist to manage and maintain accurate, structured, and optimized product catalogue data across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with PIM/CMS platforms, strong data management and Excel skills, knowledge of product image standards, basic SQL, SEO, and bulk data handling. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistent product information, taxonomy, attributes, and catalogue workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product catalogue data using PIM/CMS platforms such as Akeneo, Pimcore, and Magento Admin.
  


• Create, update, validate, and maintain accurate product information across digital platforms.
  


• Manage product data using Excel, CSV files, and bulk data manipulation tools.
  


• Ensure product images meet required standards for resolution, file formats, quality, and optimization.
  


• Perform data validation and basic data checks using SQL.
  


• Optimize product information and product pages based on SEO best practices.
  


• Handle bulk product data imports and exports using available tools and APIs.
  


• Maintain catalogue update workflows, approvals, and version control.
  


• Manage and maintain product taxonomy, attributes, categories, and data structures.
  


• Identify and resolve product data inconsistencies, missing information, and catalogue errors.
  


• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple digital channels.
  

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with PIM/CMS platforms, preferably Akeneo, Pimcore, or Magento Admin.
  


• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CSV handling, and data manipulation.
  


• Good understanding of product image standards, resolution, file formats, and image optimization.
  


• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation, checks, and reporting.
  


• Understanding of SEO principles for product pages and catalogue content.
  


• Familiarity with bulk import/export tools, APIs, and data integration processes.
  


• Knowledge of catalogue workflows, version control, and content update processes.
  


• Understanding of product taxonomy, attribute modelling, categorization, and data structures.
  


• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  


• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  


• Ability to manage large volumes of product data efficiently.
