Product Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our dynamic Product Design team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in user-centered design, demonstrated ability to create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Product Designer will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience of our products through innovative design solutions.

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Develop and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design systems.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.
• Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Proficiency designing and prototyping in Figma.
• Understanding of emerging user centered product design principles, methodologies, technologies, and trends.
• Experience with design systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Project management skills.

• Master’s degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, psychology or a related field.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Knowledge of front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with accessibility standards and designing for inclusivity.
• Familiarity in metrics-driven design and evaluating the impact of design changes.
• Cross-platform design experience.
• High attention to detail.
• Adaptability to changing project requirements and environments.
• Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Slack, Loom, and Jira.
