Product Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer with 6–12 years of professional experience to create intuitive, user-centric, and visually engaging digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Product Design and a proven ability to transform complex business requirements into elegant, functional, and scalable solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Business Stakeholders, to shape products from concept to launch while ensuring exceptional user experiences.

This role requires a combination of design thinking, strategic problem-solving, creativity, and a deep understanding of user behavior. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments, driving design decisions with data and research, and advocating for users throughout the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design initiatives from discovery and research through wireframing, prototyping, visual design, testing, and implementation.


• Create intuitive user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile applications.


• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to define product requirements and deliver user-focused solutions.


• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvements.


• Translate business objectives and customer needs into impactful design solutions with measurable outcomes.


• Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components to ensure consistency across products.


• Present design concepts, rationale, and recommendations to stakeholders and incorporate constructive feedback effectively.


• Work with development teams during implementation to ensure pixel-perfect execution and design quality.


• Continuously improve product experiences through data-driven insights, experimentation, and iterative design practices.


• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital product design.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong expertise in Product Design with a portfolio demonstrating impactful digital product experiences.


• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.


• Experience designing complex web and mobile applications across multiple platforms.


• Proficiency in creating wireframes, user journeys, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.


• Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, responsive design, and interaction design principles.


• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in agile product environments.


• Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail and consistency.


• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Experience using modern design and prototyping tools and working with design systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or a related field.


• Experience working on consumer-facing or enterprise SaaS products.


• Familiarity with user research methodologies and data-informed design decisions.


• Exposure to design systems, accessibility standards, and product analytics.


• Experience collaborating with distributed or global product teams.
