About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager who operates like an owner, not a coordinator. This role sits
at the center of delivery, client management, engineering execution, and AI -native operations.
You will work closely with founders, engineers, designers, QA, and clients to ensure products are
delivered on time, within scope, and at a consistently high quality bar. You should be equally
comfortable running sprint cadences, translating ambiguous business requirements into
execution -ready tickets, and building AI -driven workflows that improve delivery efficiency.
This is a hands -on execution role for someone who thrives in fast -moving environments and can
independently drive outcomes across multiple accounts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery & Sprint Operations
â Own sprint planning, backlog management, stand -ups, retrospectives, and release
coordination.
â Drive execution cadence across pods and ensure predictable delivery.
â Maintain accurate status reporting, delivery tracking, risk logs, and stakeholder
communication.
â Control scope proactively and prevent delivery drift.
â Surface blockers early and ensure timely resolution.
2. Business -to -Technical Translation
â Convert founder ideas, business requirements, and client requests into clear
engineering -ready specifications and tickets.
â Ensure product intent is preserved without over complicating scope.
â Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to align execution with business
priorities.
3. AI -Native Workflow Building
â Build and deploy AI -driven workflows, prompts, agents, and analysis pipelines to improve
delivery operations.
â Identify repetitive operational tasks and automate them wherever possible.
â Use AI tools hands -on to accelerate documentation, reporting, sprint analysis, and
workflow management.
4. Technical & Engineering Collaboration
â Read and understand codebases at a high level.
â Participate meaningfully in architecture and technical discussions.
â Identify inconsistencies, risks, or technical gaps during delivery conversations.
â Work effectively with engineering teams without becoming a bottleneck or
micromanager.
5. Engineering Metrics & Operational Excellence
Track and improve engineering delivery metrics including:
â Deploy Frequency
â Lead Time
â Change Failure Rate
â MTTR
â Bug Escape Rate
â Maintain strong delivery quality standards across accounts and pods.
6. Account Ownership & Client Management
â Own client accounts end -to -end from onboarding to delivery continuity.
â Run weekly client updates, monthly retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
â Build strong founder/client relationships beyond formal meetings.
â Anticipate issues before escalation and communicate proactively.
â Identify upsell, renewal, and expansion opportunities for Tequity.
â Deliver difficult updates transparently while maintaining trusts.
7. Cross -Functional Pod Coordination
â Coordinate execution across engineering, design, and QA teams.
â Lead without relying on direct reporting authority.
â Support the pod actively instead of managing from a distance.
â Ensure accountability, alignment, and smooth collaboration across functions.
8. Stakeholder Persuasion & Negotiation
â Drive alignment on scope, timelines, quality standards, and technical debt allocation.
â Negotiate priorities effectively while balancing delivery constraints and business goals.
â Influence clients and internal teams using data, trust, and execution credibility.
Required Skills & Experience
â 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Delivery Management, or Technical
Program Management roles.
â Strong understanding of Agile and sprint -based delivery operations.
â Experience working closely with engineering teams in fast -paced environments.
â Familiarity with AI tools, LLM workflows, prompt engineering, or agent -based automation.
â Strong written and verbal communication skills.
â Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
â Experience with tools like Jira, Notion, Linear, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
