Purpose of the Role

The Position exists for Electric Vehicles product & Strategy management, Product benchmarking and field execution. The role is to plan, partner, collaborate with plant team and VECV deployed sites  and gauge product reqiuirements at customer site for successful project deployment and commercial planning  The position will be reponsible for exploring new avenues, opportunities for collaboration , After market planning & product establishment.

Education

Engineering Graduate (B.Tech) (10+2+4 years) and/or MBA/ M.Tech with 60% or above in all exams

Experience

Knowhow of EV & Commercial vehicles and Related ecosystem for EV

Business Understanding

Basics of Electrical & Mechnaicla Engineering

Product engineering 

Basics fo Automobile engineering

Area of Responsibility

1. Product management

1. Product requirement gathering 

2. Pre requisite sign off and specification finalization with stakeholders

3. Enable Pre-bid meeting input compilation at least 2 days prior to the scheduled meeting

4. Centralized Bid participation Lead - Enable bid to be filed within stuipulated timelines working with various EV & IS stakeholders

5. Ensure financial Instrument readiness & Proposal for Bid  management

2. Tie ups & collaboration

1. Identifying key stack holders & new enterents into the segment 

2. Understand and establish collaboration with startups & investers

3. Enable trials & performance establishment 

4. Enable sales team for right information to participate in deal.
