Product Owner / Product Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Product Owner / Product Manager to lead the development and transformation of scalable digital platforms and enterprise -grade products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in product strategy, platform product management, digital transformation, API -first architecture, and enterprise solution delivery.The candidate should be capable of bridging business objectives with technology execution while working closely with engineering, stakeholders, customers, and leadership teams to deliver scalable, high -impact products.

• Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and platform strategy aligned with business goals.
  
• Lead end -to -end product lifecycle management from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
  
• Convert project -based/custom solutions into scalable, reusable product platforms.
  
• Collaborate with engineering teams to build API -first, microservices -based enterprise platforms.
  
• Gather and prioritize business requirements, user stories, and product backlogs.
  
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and platform modernization programs.
  
• Work closely with cross -functional stakeholders including business, operations, compliance, engineering, and customers.
  
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely product delivery.
  
• Define product KPIs, performance metrics, and data -driven improvement strategies.
  
• Build scalable multi -tenant product architectures enabling faster onboarding and product reuse.
  
• Ensure platform scalability, security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  
• Drive workflow automation and process standardization initiatives.
  
• Coordinate with external ecosystem partners, clients, banks, aggregators, or enterprise stakeholders where applicable.
  
• Support AI/data -driven product initiatives, analytics enablement, and automation capabilities.
