Product Support Executive

About the Role

Stutzen Corporates Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Product Support Executives to join our team in Sivakasi.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers/users with product-related queries, understanding their issues, providing appropriate solutions, and coordinating with internal technical teams whenever required.

This is a good opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in customer support, product support, and IT/software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide product support to customers through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
  
• Understand customer queries and provide clear and accurate solutions.
  
• Assist customers in understanding and using product features and functionalities.
  
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve basic product-related issues.
  
• Record and maintain customer queries, issues, and resolutions.
  
• Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate internal team.
  
• Coordinate with development/technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are completely resolved.
  
• Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-friendly approach.
  
• Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with the internal team.
  
• Prepare and maintain support reports when required.
  
• Continuously learn about product updates, features, and processes.
  

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of computers and software applications.
  
• Good problem-solving and analytical ability.
  
• Ability to understand customer requirements and explain solutions clearly.
  
• Willingness to learn new software products and technologies.

• Good time-management and multitasking skills.
  
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace is preferred.
  

Educational Qualification

• Any Graduate can apply.
  
• Candidates from BCA, B.Sc Computer Science, B.Com, BBA, BA, or other relevant disciplines are welcome.
  
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  

Experience

• Freshers: Eligible
  
• Experienced: 1–2 years in Product Support, Customer Support, Technical Support, Software Support, or a similar role.
  

Compensation

During Training / Probation

• Freshers: ₹7,000 per month
  
• Candidates with 2 years' experience: ₹10,000 per month
  

After Training / Probation

• Salary Package: ₹25,000 per month
  

Final salary and confirmation will be based on performance and company policy.
