Job Description - Production Manager

â¢ Oversee a workforce of 25+ employees in the Production department

â¢ Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines

â¢ Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel

â¢ Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees

â¢ Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management

â¢ Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity

Requirements

â¢ 5+ yearsâ experience in Tv channel Production operations

â¢ 2+ yearsâ experience in a supervisory capacity

â¢ Bachelorâs degree required

â¢ Excellent project management skills

â¢ Proven track record of successfully training employees in productivity and safety

â¢ Working knowledge of Zoho Projects

â¢ Ability to coach and mentor employees on a one-on-one basis as well as as a group
