Responsibilities

Safety and Compliance:



  • Achieve zero fatalities, safety training for cell process employees, and reporting of unsafe acts/conditions. Enforce compliance with safety regulations, conduct safety reviews, and implement preventive measures.


Process Optimization:



  • Improve PECVD process efficiency. Analyze current PECVD parameters, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement changes to enhance process efficiency.


Implementing SPC Tools:



  • Achieve compliance with SPC tool usage across PECVD processes. Train staff on SPC tools and monitor their usage to ensure high compliance across PECVD operations.


Technology Development:



  • Introduce new enhancements in PECVD technology for solar cell applications. Lead research and development efforts to introduce new PECVD technologies that improve performance and meet evolving industry standards.


Collaboration:



  • Establish partnerships with research institutions and suppliers for PECVD innovations. Foster collaborations to exchange knowledge, innovate PECVD techniques, and advance capabilities in solar cell manufacturing.


Quality Assurance:



  • Maintain adherence to quality standards in PECVD processes. Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure consistent and reliable PECVD processes, meeting industry standards.


Resource Management:



  • Achieve efficiency in resource allocation for PECVD process improvement. Develop efficient resource management strategies to optimize financial, human, and technological resources for PECVD advancements.


Key Stakeholders - Internal:



  • Shift Engineers and Technicians within Cell Process

  • Production Supervisors

  • Quality Control Managers


Key Stakeholders - External:



  • Equipment Suppliers

  • Raw Material Suppliers

  • Regulatory Agencies



Qualifications

Educational Qualification:



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field.


Work Experience (Range of years):



  • 10-14 Years of experience in leading PECVD Process activities, with expertise in film quality control, equipment maintenance, and yield enhancement strategies.
