Our team of specialists collaborates across multidisciplinary units to ensure optimal outcomes across routine, high-risk, and surgical gynecology cases. Role & Responsibilities

• Lead clinical care for a diverse patient panel including antenatal, postnatal, fertility, and oncology-related gynecological cases.


• Perform major and minor gynecological surgeries—laparoscopic, hysteroscopic, and open procedures—with strict adherence to safety and sterility protocols.


• Supervise and mentor junior doctors, residents, and nursing staff ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines and hospital standards.


• Collaborate with radiology, pathology, and oncology teams to deliver integrated diagnostics and treatment plans.


• Participate in hospital QA initiatives, audit rounds, and patient safety programs to drive measurable improvements in clinical outcomes.


• Conduct patient education sessions and community outreach programs focused on women’s wellness, preventive screening, and reproductive health.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have

• MBBS


• DNB/MD Gynecology


• FMAS (Fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery)


• Laparoscopy


• Obstetrics & Gynecology


• Robotic Surgery (if applicable)


• ACLS Certification


• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Preferred

• Experience in high-volume delivery units


• Membership in FOGSI or AOGD


• Published research in peer-reviewed journals
