Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail -oriented Digital Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team at ProfileNext Career Services. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or fresher looking to launch a career in the education technology sector. As a key member of the marketing team, you will play a vital role in driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting the growth of our career development platform. You will be responsible for executing digital campaigns across multiple channels, analyzing performance metrics, and contributing to content creation that resonates with students, professionals, and career seekers. Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising platforms.
Create and curate engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Support SEO and keyword optimization efforts to improve organic visibility and website traffic.
Manage and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and HubSpot.
Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop visually appealing and conversion -focused marketing assets.
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform strategy and improve campaign effectiveness.
Assist in maintaining and updating CRM databases and lead tracking systems.
Contribute to the development of lead nurturing workflows and email marketing sequences.
Participate in team brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for campaign ideas and initiatives.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (recent graduate or fresher).
Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and Mailchimp.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast -paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analysis skills.
