Program Lead

Job Title:
Program Lead – Teleradiology Solutions

Key
Responsibilities:

• Own end -to -end program delivery for Teleradiology
  solutions, from onboarding to steady -state operations
  
• Coordinate across radiologists, clinical
  operations, IT, product, and customer stakeholders
  
• Manage program timelines, dependencies, risks, and
  regulatory requirements
  
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards (HIPAA,
  NABH)
  
• Drive continuous improvement in report turnaround
  time (TAT), quality, and service reliability
  
• Support hospital integrations (PACS/RIS, EMR) and
  rollout of new features or workflows
  

Required
Qualifications:

• 3+ years of program or project management
  experience in healthcare
  
• Prior experience in teleradiology, radiology
  operations, PACS/RIS, or healthcare IT
  
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and
  healthcare compliance
  
• Proven ability to manage cross -functional teams and
  external healthcare partners
  
• Proven experience in Healthcare Operations
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  skills
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience working with radiologists or diagnostic
  service providers
  
• Experience scaling healthcare or digital health
  programs
