Project Architect

Primary Responsibilities

• Act as extension of the design team at the region by providing local information during the design development process.
  
• Monitor project execution for quality of workmanship and design fidelity.
  
• Act as an effective coordinator during execution stage thus engendering high levels of client satisfaction.
  

Role Description – Roles to be performed to fulfill the above responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Assist in the design process by providing local support including but not limited to knowledge on local aspects, site analysis, research including data collection & bench marking studies.
  
• Have thorough understanding of the design intent and the GFC portfolio, ensure quality participation during execution stage.
  
• Document all design fidelity and quality issues in WSRs and escalate to the Project Head/ Regional Head when not attended to by vendor/client.
  
• Coordinate between client & design team to provide best possible design solutions to execution issues & build client confidence.
  
• Analyze successes and failures of projects by identifying execution issues not trapped in drawings.
  
• Grow professionally by achieving personal advancement goals.
  
• Work closely with the local team as well as the central studio to ensure smooth project deliveries.
