Job Description - Project Associate

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive end -to -end execution of high -impact projects, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple stakeholders.

• Collaborate with leadership, IT, operations, and vendor partners to deliver projects on time and with excellence.

• Participate in governance meetings, capture key insights, and translate discussions into actionable plans.

• Own project tracking, progress monitoring, and execution reporting to ensure smooth implementation.

• Engage with stakeholders across departments to gather insights, solve challenges, and support decision -making.

Requirements

• Work directly on large -scale transformation initiatives for a leading healthcare organization.

• Gain exposure to cross -functional decision -making.

• Build expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and business operations.
