Project Engineer – Security & Safety Systems

We are looking for a Project Engineer to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated security and safety system projects across India. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and stakeholder management to ensure successful project outcomes, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution:
  

  Develop detailed project plans, define project scope, allocate resources, and oversee the execution of security system installations including CCTV, Access Control, and related systems.
  




• Team Leadership:
  

  Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams including engineers, technicians, and contractors, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  




• Client & Stakeholder Management:
  

  Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Ensure transparent communication, manage expectations, and deliver exceptional service quality.
  




• Project Monitoring & Control:
  

  Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery.
  




• Risk & Compliance Management:
  

  Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure all projects are delivered in accordance with safety regulations, codes of practice, and quality standards.
  




• Installation Oversight & Technical Review:
  

  Supervise installation, commissioning, and handover activities. Provide technical guidance and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and compliance norms.
  




• Documentation & Reporting:
  

  Ensure timely preparation of project documentation including progress reports, cost tracking, commissioning records, and “as-built” drawings.
  

Key Qualifications & Competencies:

Essential:

• 3+ years of experience in project management roles within the security/safety systems domain.
  


• Strong knowledge of security systems including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, and ELV systems.
  


• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead cross-functional teams.
  


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
  


• Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems.
  


• Strong understanding of industry standards and health & safety regulations.
