Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead our team of Zoho

Developers in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project

management and team leadership, with a minimum of 4 -5 years of experience. This role

involves overseeing the development and implementation of custom solutions using the

Zoho platform, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest

quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Zoho Developers.

Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Ensure continuous professional development and training for team members.

Project Management:

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, and resource

allocation.

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure

successful completion.

Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for a seamless project

execution.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Client Coordination:

Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent

communication.

Manage client expectations and provide regular project updates.

Gather and document client requirements and ensure alignment with project

goals.

Quality Assurance:

Implement quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet the required

standards.

Review and approve project deliverables before client handover.

Address and resolve any issues that arise during project execution.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 4 -5 years of experience in project management and team leadership.

Proven track record of managing software development projects, preferably

within the Zoho ecosystem.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho integration.

Familiarity with Deluge scripting language.

Basic knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS,

JavaScript, and APIs.

Knowledge of SQL.

Project Management Skills:

Proficient in project management tools, preferably Zoho Projects.

Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

Strong problem -solving skills and attention to detail.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
