Job Title: Project Manager

Work Schedule & Location

• Monday to Friday (5-day workweek)


• All Saturdays are off


• Work from office only — no hybrid or remote options


• Initial interview rounds via Video Call (VC); final round will be in-person (F2F) with the Managing Director at the company office

Key Requirements

• Candidates must come exclusively from the Electronics & Electrical industry

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, or ENTC)


• Experience:
  
  
  
  • 7–10 years in the relevant field
  
  
  • Minimum 3 years in a Project Management role
  
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, timelines, progress, and problem resolution


• Align internal and external stakeholder expectations


• Identify, track, and resolve project risks and issues


• Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining required quality standards


• Coordinate with internal teams for:
  
  
  
  • Design
  
  
  • Engineering
  
  
  • Customer document approvals
  
  
  • Document release for manufacturing
  
  
  • Inspections, FATs (Factory Acceptance Tests), and deliveries
  
  
  
  


• Manage external coordination with customers and agencies for:
  
  
  
  • Approvals
  
  
  • Inspections
  
  
  • Clearances across project lifecycle
  
  
  
  


• Conduct regular customer communications:
  
  
  
  • Progress schedule updates
  
  
  • Review meetings
  
  
  • Technical discussions
  
  
  • Issue resolution
  
  
  
  


• Lead project closure activities, including final documentation revisions

Technical Competencies

• Hands-on experience managing electrical/electronic control systems, switchboards, power distribution systems, or starter cum control systems


• Mandatory knowledge of:

  • Electrical switchgear
  
  
  • Electromechanical components
  
  
  • Starters and VFDs
  
  
  
  


• Familiarity with relevant standards: IS, IEC, BIS, NES, Def Stan, UL, etc.


• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with a track record of driving projects to successful completion


• Hands-on project experience in the defence domain is an added advantage


• Proficiency in project management tools


• Excellent oral and written communication skills
