Project Manager for Commercial Real Estate - Moshi Location

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Execution to lead and manage the end-to-end execution of residential real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, construction execution, quality, safety, manpower, subcontractor coordination, and timely project completion as per approved drawings, specifications, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete site execution of Commercial & Residential construction projects from RCC to finishing and handover.


• Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly construction activities.


• Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.


• Coordinate with Architects, Structural Consultants, MEP Consultants, Design, Planning, Contracts, Procurement, and QA/QC teams.


• Review construction drawings and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with consultants.


• Monitor RCC, masonry, plaster, waterproofing, tiling, flooring, painting, façade, MEP and finishing works.


• Manage and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, supervisors, and site manpower.


• Monitor project progress against the approved baseline schedule and take corrective actions for delays.


• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and other project resources.


• Monitor project costs and support the team in controlling material wastage and execution costs.


• Ensure implementation of quality control procedures, inspection processes, and snagging/desnagging activities.


• Coordinate with the Safety team to ensure compliance with all site safety requirements.


• Conduct regular site meetings and review progress, constraints, and pending activities.


• Prepare and review MIS, progress reports, DPR/WPR/MPR, and management updates.


• Identify construction risks, delays, and bottlenecks and implement appropriate corrective measures.


• Ensure proper coordination between civil, structural, architectural, and MEP services.


• Ensure timely completion of project milestones and handover activities.


• Maintain proper project documentation, records, drawings, approvals, and site reports.


• Drive the project team towards achieving time, quality, cost, and safety objectives.
