Description
The Project Scrum Master will play a crucial role in managing the Collibra Platform's roadmap and transition. They will facilitate agile ceremonies, manage risks, and coordinate with various teams to ensure successful operationalization. Additionally, they will support the adoption of new capabilities by creating test scripts and providing training.

Responsibilities

Oversee the Collibra Platform roadmap and track the transition to OOTB functionalities.
Facilitate agile ceremonies and drive sprint execution as a Scrum Master.
Maintain and manage the RAID log, ensuring effective risk remediation.
Coordinate with Data Stewards, functional leads, and TDM teams for smooth operationalization.
Create test scripts and execute tests to support the adoption of new capabilities.
Assist with onboarding and training internal resources for effective knowledge transfer.
Foster a collaborative and agile environment, promoting continuous improvement.
Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing sprint backlogs and priorities.
Act as a servant-leader, supporting and guiding the team to achieve goals.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
Experience in managing and overseeing platform roadmaps.
Excellent facilitation and communication skills for effective ceremony management.
Ability to manage risks and maintain a RAID log for proactive issue resolution.
Proficiency in coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience in creating test scripts and executing tests for quality assurance.
Training and onboarding skills to support internal resource development.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
