Summary:
As a Prompt Engineer, a typical day involves designing, creating, and refining prompts tailored for Large Language Models to optimize their performance. The role includes employing various techniques to guide and improve the quality of model responses. Throughout the day, the individual develops effective interactions with artificial intelligence systems by leveraging programming skills and utilizing specialized environments to test and enhance prompt effectiveness. Collaboration and iterative refinement are key aspects, ensuring that the AI outputs meet desired objectives and user needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective prompt designs.
- Continuously monitor and analyze model outputs to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments.
- Document prompt engineering processes and best practices to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in prompt development and troubleshooting.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
- Experience with natural language processing techniques and understanding of language model architectures.
- Strong programming skills in languages commonly used for AI development, such as Python.
- Ability to design, test, and optimize prompts to enhance model accuracy and relevance.
- Familiarity with AI playgrounds and tools used for prompt experimentation and refinement.
- Analytical skills to evaluate model responses and implement iterative improvements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
