We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Resource Teacher (PRT) specializing in Hindi to join our dynamic education team. This role is critical in shaping young learners’ foundational language skills, fostering a love for literature, and promoting cultural awareness through the Hindi language. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, age -appropriate instruction to primary -grade students, ensuring curriculum alignment, and supporting holistic development. With a strong emphasis on interactive teaching methodologies, classroom management, and self -centredness learning, this position plays a vital role in building a strong academic and linguistic base for children in grades I–V. The PRT Hindi Teacher will work collaboratively with fellow educators, contribute to curriculum development, and actively participate in school -wide initiatives to enhance learning outcomes.
*Responsibilities:*
- Deliver structured and engaging Hindi language instruction to students in Grades I–V using age -appropriate teaching strategies.
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the prescribed curriculum and national education standards.
- Use interactive and innovative teaching methods such as storytelling, role -play, rhymes, and visual aids to enhance language comprehension and retention.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and classroom observations; provide timely feedback and support for struggling learners.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment that encourages participation, creativity, and confidence in speaking and writing Hindi.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan interdisciplinary activities and school events involving Hindi language and culture.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and academic progress.
- Participate in professional development workshops, staff meetings, and parent -teacher interactions.
- Contribute to the development and updating of teaching materials, including worksheets, flashcards, and digital resources in Hindi.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree (Graduation) in Hindi or a related field, along with a recognized B.Ed or D.Ed qualification.
- Proven teaching experience of 1–3 years in a primary school setting, preferably in Hindi language instruction.
- Strong command of spoken and written Hindi, with excellent grammar and pronunciation.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and educational technology to enhance classroom learning.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom effectively and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
- Passion for child development, creative expression, and fostering a lifelong love for language and literature.
