Job Summary

The Physical Education Teacher is responsible for teaching students proper exercise techniques, encouraging healthy lifestyles, and ensuring safe participation in physical activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and Teach fundamental Physical Readiness Training programs including strength training, endurance exercises, and flexibility training suitable for students' age and fitness levels.

• Conduct fitness assessments to track student progress and adjust training plans accordingly.

• Maintain sports equipment, training facilities and adapt activities for students with different physical abilities and stay updated on physical education trends, sports science, and fitness training methods to ensure a safe environment.

• Encourage teamwork, discipline, and a positive attitude toward fitness and well-being.

• Prepare reports, evaluate students' physical performance, and provide constructive feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree / Master degree in Physical Education, Kinesiology, Sports Science, or a related field.

• Knowledge of fitness assessment methods and training techniques.

• Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and exercise science.

• Excellent communication and motivational skills.

• Experience in coaching, sports instruction, or physical fitness training is added advantage.
