Summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and formulate accurate diagnostic assessments for patients of all ages.
  
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that may include psychotherapy, pharmacotherapy, and other therapeutic modalities.
  
• Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies to optimize recovery and symptom management.
  
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and primary care physicians, to provide integrated care.
  
• Maintain detailed and confidential patient records in compliance with medical regulations and organizational standards.
  
• Provide crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.
  
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
  

Requirements

• Possess a valid medical degree and board certification in Psychiatry.
  
• Minimum of 0-1 year of clinical experience in psychiatric practice or related healthcare settings.
  
• Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and treating various mental health disorders.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
  
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records and other medical documentation systems.
  
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining patient confidentiality.
