Job Description: Psychology Teacher (IB Diploma Programme)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate IB Psychology Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IB DP Psychology curriculum, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to engage students through inquiry -based and concept -driven learning. The teacher will guide students in developing critical thinking, research skills, and an understanding of human behaviour through a global and ethical lens.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Psychology or related field.
  

• Prefer only IB or IGCSE , CBSE teaching of  3 to 5 years 
  

• Teaching certification or B.ed (preferred).
  

• Prior experience teaching IB DP Psychology or familiarity with IB approaches to teaching and learning (ATLs, TOK, CAS).
  

• Strong command of research methodology and statistical concepts used in psychology.
  

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with international curricula or multicultural educational environments.
  

• Ability to integrate technology and digital tools into teaching.
  

• Commitment to student -centered and reflective teaching practices.
