Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase & Inventory Executive to manage procurement activities, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure timely material availability to support seamless manufacturing and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor management, purchase orders, and timely material procurement.
  

• Own inventory planning and control by maintaining optimal stock levels and ensuring uninterrupted material availability.
  

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Stores, Finance, and other stakeholders to support project execution and operational efficiency.
  

• Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records, generate MIS reports, and drive process compliance and continuous improvement.
  

 Must-Have Skills:

• Strong understanding of procurement processes, sourcing, and vendor relationship management.
  

• Hands-on experience in inventory planning, stock control, and material availability management.
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Inventory Management systems for procurement, reporting, and data analysis.
  

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience working in a manufacturing, automation, or robotics environment.
  

• Ability to negotiate with vendors and evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery.
  

• Knowledge of supply chain, warehouse operations, and inventory optimization practices.
