Job Description for Purchase Executive 

Education:

• Should be a Graduate in Commerce / Science or Diploma in Commercial practice / Computer science

Professional Experience:

• You should have 2 to 5 years of experience in Purchase activities and working in S4 HANA


• Should know the sourcing process with following skills
  
  
  
  • Supplier Onboarding process
  
  
  • Compliance requirements in sourcing
  
  
  • Vendor Development process
  
  
  • On time Delivery performance with measurement
  
  
  • Quality management system requirements with documentation
  
  
  • MIS for Purchase function like total receipts value, consumption value
  
  
  • Negotiation process for Domestic suppliers
  
  
  • Global sourcing experience preferred.
  
  
  • Supplier performance management
  
  
  
  

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communicator in spoken and written English.


• Documentation and record keeping .


• MS office & Power point expertise for data analysis and decision making

SAP Expertise:

• Hands on experience in S4 HANA basic transactions like PO creation, standard reports etc


• Complete knowledge and skill of SAP MM module in sourcing


• Process improvements in sourcing in SAP as a user.

Personality :

• Good communicator


• Fluent in written, spoken, communications in local and English language.


• To be a solution provider with objectivity in mind.


• Work with collaboration with team members


• It should be conversant for reporting all statutory reports.
