QA Engineer

• Understand business processes related to Engineering, Procurement, Material Management, Inventory Management, Vendor Management, Project Execution, and Approval Workflows.
  
• Analyze business requirements, BRDs, SRS documents, user stories, and functional specifications.
  
• Design test scenarios that effectively validate end -to -end business workflows.
  
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and Client Stakeholders to ensure complete business coverage.
  

• Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios.
  
• Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, Smoke, and User Acceptance Testing.
  
• Validate web, mobile, and tablet -based applications.
  
• Ensure complete traceability between requirements and test cases.
  
• Support release validation and production verification activities.
  

• Validate APIs using Postman or equivalent tools.
  
• Verify integration points between enterprise applications and third -party systems.
  
• Perform database validation using SQL queries.
  
• Validate data consistency, synchronization, and business rule compliance across systems.
  

• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar tools.
  
• Collaborate with development teams for issue resolution and retesting.
  
• Participate in defect triage discussions and root cause analysis.
  
• Ensure timely closure of defects and quality issues.
  

• Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Stand -Ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  
• Work closely with cross -functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
  
• Support UAT activities and business sign -off processes.
  

• Contribute to automation testing initiatives using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools.
  
• Support automated regression testing and continuous testing activities.
  
• Participate in CI/CD quality validation processes.
  
• Explore AI -assisted testing tools to improve test coverage and efficiency.
  

• Maintain test plans, test cases, test execution reports, and defect reports.
  
• Prepare quality status reports and testing metrics.
  
• Ensure compliance with project quality standards and documentation requirements.
  
  

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
  
• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle.
  
• Hands -on experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and UAT Testing.
  
• Strong test case design, execution, and reporting skills.
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  

• Ability to understand and validate complex business workflows.
  
• Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.
  
• Experience working on enterprise applications with multiple user roles and approval workflows.
  

• Experience with defect tracking and project management tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA.
  
• Hands -on experience with API testing using Postman.
  
• Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge for database validation.
  
• Understanding of system integrations and enterprise application architecture.
  

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Client Stakeholders.
  
• Strong ownership and attention to detail.
  

• Exposure to Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or other automation frameworks.
  
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and DevOps practices.
  
• Experience with Mobile Application Testing.
  
• Exposure to Engineering, Construction, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, Procurement, Inventory, or Project Management domains.
  
• Familiarity with Primavera, SAP Ariba, SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise platforms.
  
• Exposure to AI -assisted testing tools and modern Quality Engineering practices.
