QA - Executive

Position Overview

The QA Executive shall be responsible  for  ensuring hygienic condition of plant, Glass audit , support the operational quality  and other QA/ QC related activities.

Key Responsibilities

•    Support to 3rd shift operation – approx. 15 days/month.
•    Pre-dispatch Inspection—Daily activity.
•    Glass audits of process area—weekly, fortnightly, and monthly.
•    Ensure hygienic conditions/FSSAI Schedule 4 compliance of the plant.
•    In the case of imported products by McCormick—Labeling at bonded warehouse—15 days.
•    Monitoring of cold room – temperature and WIP, raw material status, and labelling.
•    Support NPD trials—Preparing reports 
•    Training to shop floor team on Personal Hygiene and GMP- Pep Talk daily
•    Support for Incoming Packaging material testing and clearance 
•    Verification of CAPA for pest control audits 

Education & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Food technology/ M.Sc.. Food science . 

1-2 years of in QA / QC
Experience in Food Industry . 
MS-Office tools, chemical & physical testing related to Food .
