QA Lead/Software Testing Lead

Responsibilities:-

Prepare the estimations, project plans, test plan, test strategy for testing Functional and Non Functional Requirements.

Work closely with Development Teams and other supporting teams to drive quality through design and implementation

Prepare Test Cases from requirements source documents and execute cases.

Technically guide other team members for manual testing, test automation and performance testing.

Ability to deliver high quality product on schedule.

Prepare test reports and communicate to stake holders

KRAs:-

Understand the financial applications and design test plan, estimations and test strategy.

Automate testing by use of tools.

Qualifications:-

Bachelor of Science/Engineering with experience of 7 to 10 years in Software Testing.

Conversant with devising test cases from Software Requirements Specification is a must.

Exposure to different testing methodologies is essential.

Experience in manual, automation and performance testing.

Ability to quickly learn and become proficient with complex applications, understanding the interaction with upstream/downstream applications and the overall system.

Must be self-leading and self-motivated

Ability to think and challenge Business Analysts and developers by asking relevant questions

Must have strong test planning skills for complex applications
