QA / Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, integration, load, stress, and failover testing of the gateway across all four applications and their agents.
  
• Validate gateway performance, reliability, scalability, and recovery under high-load and failure scenarios.
  
• Design and execute test cases for APIs, agent integrations, authentication, routing, and error handling.
  
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
  
• Conduct pre-production and go-live validation to ensure the shared gateway does not create a single point of failure.
  
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to resolve issues and ensure production readiness.
  

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in API, integration, performance, and system testing.
  
• Hands-on experience with load/stress testing and failover testing.
  
• Experience with tools such as JMeter, Postman, Selenium, or equivalent.
  
• Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and CI/CD.
  
• Strong defect analysis and troubleshooting skills.
