Job Description - Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer complaints and quality issues.
Monitor and improve manufacturing quality processes.
Conduct inspections and maintain quality documentation.
Coordinate corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements

Required Skills:

Knowledge of Customer Complaint Handling.
Understanding of overall manufacturing processes.
Working knowledge of PPAP.
Knowledge of 7 QC Tools

Preferred Industry Experience:

Automobile Industry

Press Parts
Machining Components
Foundry Components

Qualification:

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, or related field.
