Quality Control Engineer

Job Title: QA/QC Engineer – High-Rise & Hotel Projects

 Project Locations:

• Bangalore: Kanakapura Road – 2 Towers (2B + G + 31 Floors) – Mivan Formwork – 12 Lakh Sq. Ft.


• Vijayawada/Amaravati: 4-Star Hotel Project (3 Basements + Ground + 16 Floors)

Role Overview

We are looking for a QA/QC Engineer to ensure high-quality execution across residential high-rise and hospitality projects, maintaining strict adherence to specifications, standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures and quality plans


• Conduct site inspections for RCC, Mivan formwork, and finishing works


• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and IS standards


• Perform material inspections and maintain test records/documentation


• Identify and resolve quality issues (NCRs & CAPA)


• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors

Key Skills

• Strong experience in QA/QC for high-rise projects


• Knowledge of Mivan formwork and RCC construction


• Familiarity with hotel/commercial project quality standards


• Good documentation, auditing, and coordination skills

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering


• 5–10 years of relevant experience


• Experience in Mivan projects preferred
