Quality Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead and oversee quality assurance processes at our Rajpura site. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, hands-on experience with precision tools, and the ability to ensure products and processes meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, implement, and monitor quality management systems across the site.
  

• Oversee calibration processes, precision measuring tools, and inspection equipment.
  

• Interpret and review technical blueprints and engineering drawings for compliance.
  

• Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective/preventive actions to resolve issues.
  

• Ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality control plans, SOPs, and audits.
  

• Train and guide the team on quality standards, systems, and best practices.
  

• Prepare reports and presentations on quality performance and improvement measures.
  

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in quality management within manufacturing/engineering industry.
  

• Proficiency with precision measuring tools and quality inspection equipment.
  

• Strong knowledge of calibration techniques and ability to read blueprints.
  

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  

• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
