React Native / Full-Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile/web applications end-to-end.


• Optimize applications for performance, stability, and maintainability.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Cloud Engineers, Software Engineers, and QA.


• Leverage native APIs for deep integration with platforms.


• Diagnose and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks.


• Contribute to the open-source community and implement mission-critical software fixes.


• Measure and monitor product performance using key metrics.


• Deploy React Native applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building production client-side or mobile applications.


• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, and React Native, including supporting libraries.


• Hands-on experience across:

• Experience defining front-end architectures and evaluating technical feasibility.


• Strong knowledge of ES6 and ES7 features.


• Ability to diagnose issues both within and outside the codebase.


• Experience building and deploying React Native applications to the App Store and Play Store.


• Experience with Jest or other unit-testing libraries.


• Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS and modern best practices/design patterns.


• Experience with Git repositories, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.


• Experience with technologies such as Laravel, Android, PHP, Java, Kotlin, Swift, Objective-C, C, SQL, and Node.js is a plus.


• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.


• Demonstrated ability to mentor developers and maintain architectural vision and software quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing highly interactive user experiences.


• Strong understanding of client-side scalability, performance, and reliability.


• Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment and knowledge of Agile best practices.
