Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Entry -Level Real Estate Marketing Executive to assist in marketing and leasing our villa properties. The candidate will support our sales and marketing efforts, engage with potential clients, and contribute to tenant sourcing. This role offers hands -on experience in the real estate sector with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in marketing villa properties through online and offline channels.
  

• Generate and maintain leads for potential tenants.
  

• Coordinate property viewings and communicate with prospective clients.
  

• Support the sales team in drafting proposals and agreements.
  

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow -ups.
  

• Contribute to social media and digital marketing campaigns.
  

• Report regularly on marketing activities, leads, and conversion metrics.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Prior experience in real estate marketing (even 6–12 months).
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion.
  

• Energetic, motivated, and target -oriented mindset.
  

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  

• Familiarity with MS Office and Google Workspace.
