Job Description - Reconciliation Executive

Daily cash, cashless ATM, and credit-card reconciliation
Profit Protection research and escalation
Transaction and settlement exception research, resolution, and escalation
Chargeback administration, including research, evidence, disposition recommendation, and case tracking
Monthly bank reconciliations
Weekly carrier log reviews
Exception management
Operational analytics and reporting
SLA / KPI reporting
Ongoing identification of patterns, anomalies, root causes, and process-improvement opportunities
