Description
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, screening, and onboarding candidates for various roles within the Banking Staffing vertical. Your expertise will contribute to building a talented and diverse workforce, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

Source, attract, and engage potential candidates through various channels and networking.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on predefined criteria and job requirements.
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability.
Maintain a talent pipeline and build a strong network of potential candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.
Prepare and present suitable candidates to clients, ensuring a smooth selection process.
Negotiate and finalize employment terms with successful candidates.
Onboard new hires, ensuring a positive and efficient onboarding experience.
Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and staffing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a staffing or banking environment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools.
Analytical skills to evaluate and assess candidates effectively.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects.
Flexibility to adapt to changing recruitment needs and client requirements.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering exceptional recruitment services.
