Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment across IT and Non-IT functions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, and capable of independently driving the hiring process while ensuring timely closures in a fast-paced environment. 

Required Skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  

• Handle hiring across IT, Non-IT, BPO, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Virtual Assistant, Customer Support, and Corporate roles.
  

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce priorities.
  

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  

• Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate interview processes.
  

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  

• Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and candidate onboarding.
  

• Maintain ATS, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
  

• Ensure timely closure of positions while delivering a positive candidate experience.
  

• Meet hiring targets and support workforce planning initiatives.
  

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  

• Experience hiring across both IT and Non-IT domains.
  

• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
  

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  

• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
