Recruiter/Sr Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on, and results-oriented Senior Recruiter to join our HR team in Bangalore. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across engineering and non-engineering functions, partnering closely with hiring managers, building strong talent pipelines, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring plans, and role requirements.


• Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering and non-engineering roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer discussions, and closure.


• Create compelling job descriptions and post roles across LinkedIn, job portals, internal platforms, and other relevant channels.


• Source high-quality candidates through databases, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.


• Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and evaluate fit against technical, functional, and cultural requirements.


• Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and ensure timely feedback, follow-ups, and decision-making.


• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future business needs.


• Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate records in ATS, HR systems, and recruitment trackers.


• Track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, and candidate pipeline status.


• Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely updates, and professional engagement.


• Support employer branding initiatives and contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies and hiring outcomes.

Qualifications:

• MBA or postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


• 10+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing, preferably with exposure to both technical and non-technical hiring.


• Strong experience using ATS, HR databases, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.


• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and leadership teams.


• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.


• Ability to manage multiple open positions, prioritize effectively, and deliver within defined hiring timelines.


• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, market mapping, candidate engagement, and talent pipeline management.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience hiring for product, technology, or fast-paced business environments.


• Ability to conduct market research and talent mapping for niche and critical roles.


• Strong candidate engagement and offer negotiation capability.


• Data-driven approach to recruitment planning, reporting, and process improvement.
