As a Recruitment Coordinator at Mintskill HR Solutions LLP, you will play a critical role in managing client relationships, ensuring smooth recruitment operations, and supporting the internal hiring team. Unlike internal HR roles, this position focuses on external recruitment coordination for our esteemed clients in the banking, financial services, and allied industries. Your responsibilities will ensure timely closures, improve client satisfaction, and streamline candidate life cycles.
Coordinate with client HR teams to submit shortlisted candidate profiles and obtain timely feedback.
Develop a deeper understanding of client hiring preferences by proactively seeking insights on:
Ideal candidate profiles
Selection history
Interview processes and number of rounds
Factors that contribute to successful closures
Build rapport with clients to encourage continuous inflow of job mandates.
Act as the communication bridge for any interview rescheduling, feedback delays, or process clarifications.
Schedule and coordinate interviews (Video/Telephonic/Face -to -Face) between clients and shortlisted candidates.
Maintain regular follow -ups with selected candidates until their joining date.
Support onboarding processes by sharing joining formalities, task lists, and document checklists.
Collect and verify candidate documentation and share it with internal stakeholders and client SPOCs.
Ensure timely entry and update of all job positions and interview opportunities in the Line -Up application and internal ATS.
Post job openings on LinkedIn and other job portals; track and respond to applications.
Upload and manage candidate data from Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Maintain accurate records of selection status, interview attendance, and offer acceptance.
Support the team in maintaining joining trackers, line -up sheets, and master data files.
Create and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for candidate status, client feedback, selection ratios, and joining status.
Generate and share recruitment performance matrices (such as LAP – Line -up Application Performance).
Provide recruitment marketing support by sharing performance highlights, job branding content, and candidate success stories.
Serve as the go -to person for resolving internal team queries related to candidate progress, client feedback, and onboarding instructions.
Ensure recruitment consultants regularly update ATS and Line -up systems with real -time data.
Share consolidated status updates with team leads and management to facilitate decision -making and forecasting.
Train new team members and joiners on using internal tools like ATS, Naukri RMS, WhatsApp API, and Google Sheets.
Support internal documentation and knowledge sharing to ensure process standardization.
Strong communication and client -handling skills
Attention to detail and proficiency in managing multiple open roles simultaneously
Experience in recruitment coordination or client servicing in a consultancy/executive search firm preferred
Knowledge of ATS systems, job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn), Google Workspace and CANVA designing tool
Excel proficiency for MIS and performance tracking
Ability to multitask and manage internal and external stakeholders efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and candidate interaction.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple job mandates across clients and functions.
Proficiency in tools like ATS, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and job portals.
