Job Description - Recruitment Head Operations

Pranam Recruiters is hiring for a senior leadership role in the Recruitment, HR & Training sector.

We are looking for a strategic and result -oriented professional with strong experience in recruitment operations, field hiring management, channel development, and stakeholder coordination.

- Location: Rajasthan

- Position: Head – Operations

- Experience: 5–10 Years

- Notice Period: Up to 1 Month

Key Responsibilities

â Develop and manage relationships with Skill Development Center, TPs, ITIs & Colleges

â Build recruitment channels for bulk hiring across Rajasthan

â Plan recruitment drives & candidate mobilisation activities

â Coordinate with operations teams for onboarding & joining processes

â Lead and manage field recruiter teams across regions

â Monitor regional P&L and operational performance

â Implement reporting systems and field performance metrics

â Ensure successful placements with positive business margins

Requirements

Candidate Profile

- Strong experience in recruitment operations & field hiring

- Leadership experience handling large recruitment teams

- Excellent stakeholder management & coordination skills

- Strategic mindset with operational execution capabilities

- Experience in workforce hiring, staffing, skilling or recruitment ecosystem preferred
