This role is responsible for driving regional sales performance, achieving revenue targets, and leading high-performing teams across business operations. You will oversee end-to-end sales execution, including planning, monitoring, and optimizing performance to ensure consistent growth and efficiency. The position requires strong leadership capabilities to manage teams, align stakeholders, and execute strategic business initiatives effectively. You will play a key role in developing and implementing sales, marketing, and operational strategies while ensuring adherence to organizational standards and compliance requirements. Accountabilities:
- Drive achievement of regional business goals, revenue targets, and sales performance metrics
- Oversee daily sales operations, budgeting, and performance tracking across teams
- Develop and implement strategic business, marketing, and sales plans to support growth objectives
- Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams to ensure high performance and accountability
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, partners, and internal teams, ensuring effective coordination and negotiation outcomes
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and quality benchmarks
- Prepare and present periodic reports, including sales performance, forecasts, and business insights
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance regional business outcomes
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in team leadership roles
- MBA or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and business reporting tools
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure in dynamic environments
- Hands-on experience in strategic planning and execution of business initiatives
- Strong decision-making skills with a focus on long-term growth and operational efficiency
