Role overview
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring
new clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth for cloud solutions
and SaaS products. This role involves on-the-ground sales efforts, including client
meetings, product presentations, and contract negotiations. You will work closely
with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and

Responsibilities:
● Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying
leads through various channels.
● Identify potential customers for Email Productivity SaaS solutions and public
cloud services (like Microsoft, Google).
● Conduct in-person and/or virtual meetings for Delivering compelling sales
presentations and product demonstrations that showcase the value
proposition of the cloud SaaS and services offerings.
● Conducting in-depth needs assessments to understand a client's technical
and business requirements.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key
senior business decision-makers.
● Crafting and presenting customized proposals and quotes that align with
client needs and budgets.
● Negotiating contracts and pricing to secure profitable deals.
● Collaborating with internal teams, such as technical solutions architects,
marketing, sales operations and customer success, to ensure a seamless
customer experience.
● Achieve sales targets and revenue goals through proactive prospecting.
● Stay updated on public cloud industry trends, competitor activities, and
market developments.
● Maintain accurate customer sales records and reports using CRM tools.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
● 3-7 years of experience in field sales, preferably in IT SaaS, Cloud Solutions, or
B2B Sales.
● Strong negotiation and communication skills with a customer-centric
approach.
