JOB PURPOSE/OVERVIEW/SUMMARY:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Regional Sales Manager - B2B & Distribution
Partnerships will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing distribution channels and
overseeing B2B sales initiatives. This role requires experience in institutional sales, reseller
management, and a solid understanding of the fashion & apparel industry, particularly in bags,
jackets, and T -shirts.
KEY DELIVERABLES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Distributor Management:
â Identify, onboard, and manage key distributors to expand our sales network and market
presence.
â Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors to drive sales growth and
ensure consistent product availability across various regions.
â Monitor distributor performance, ensuring they meet sales targets, and address any
performance gaps.
â Provide product training and sales support to distributors, ensuring they have the tools
to succeed.
B2B Reselling & Institutional Sales:
â Develop and execute targeted B2B sales strategies aimed at resellers, retailers, and
institutional clients.
â Negotiate and close large -scale B2B sales deals for bags, jackets, T -shirts, and other
products.
â Build strong, long -lasting relationships with corporate clients, retail chains, and
institutional buyers.
â Promote product portfolio to key institutional clients and resellers, ensuring alignment
with market demands.
Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:
â Create and implement sales plans that meet or exceed revenue targets for both
distributor channels and B2B sales.
â Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to adapt sales
strategies.
â Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns tailored to
resellers and distributors, ensuring maximum outreach and sales potential.
Market Expansion:
â Identify and target new markets for distribution and B2B reselling, both geographically
and across various industries.
â Build and maintain a pipeline of new distributor partnerships and institutional clients,
ensuring sustained growth.
Requirements
â Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
â Minimum 5 -8 years of experience in distributor management and B2B sales, specifically
in the fashion, apparel, or accessories sectors (bags, jackets, T -shirts, etc.).
â Proven track record of building strong relationships with resellers, distributors, and
institutional clients.
â Experience in driving sales strategies and consistently meeting or exceeding sales
targets within the B2B and distribution channels.
â Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
â Willingness to travel extensively for meetings and client visits.
â Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting software.
â Ability to identify new business opportunities and maintain long -term relationships.
