Description: Relationship Manager*

Responsibilities:*

as the face of Mittsure technologies, ensuring professionalism and a strong
brand image.*
1.
Sales or lead Generation:
•
Identify and approach potential customers such as schools, bookstores, and
distributors in assigned territory.
•
Demonstrate and promote the product that includes educational books,
flashcards, charts, life skill boards, and project materials.
•
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
2.
Customer Relationship Management:
•
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, institutions, and
retailers.
•
Provide product information, training, and demonstrations to potential clients.
•
Handling customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer
satisfaction.
3.
Market Expansion:
•
Identify new market opportunities and trends in the assigned area.
•
Collect feedback from customers and share insights with the management team for
product improvement.
•
Ensure Mittsure’s products are well-stocked and prominently displayed in
outlets.
4.
Sales Reporting:
•
Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and field activities.
•
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
5.
Brand Promotion:
•
Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and school fairs to showcase
Mittsure’s product range.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to effectively demonstrate and sell products.

Good negotiation and persuasive abilities.

Proficient in market research and competitor analysis.
*Qualifications:*
•
Graduate in any stream.
•
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the Edtech industry (Freshers can
also apply)
•
Familiarity with local geography and schools in the assigned location.
•
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
