Job Description - Relationship Manager

  • Acquires new clients through active networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
  • Manages a portfolio of assigned corporate or high-net-worth individual accounts.
  • Advises clients on investments, commercial or personal loans, and treasury services.
  • Cross-sells bank products like credit cards, insurance, and wealth management tools.
  • Resolves client issues and complaints swiftly to maximize overall satisfaction.
  • Ensures strict compliance with KYC, anti-money laundering, and credit risk guidelines.
  • Achieves sales targets set by management for deposit growth and loan volume.



Requirements

Holds a fresh bachelor's degree in Any.  
Demonstrates eager willingness to learn banking operations and complex financial products.
Possesses strong communication and presentation skills to talk to strangers confidently.
Exhibits basic computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Displays high energy and a goal-oriented mindset to survive in a target-driven sales environment.
