Relationship Manager B2B Investments (BFSI)

About the Opportunity

Operating at the intersection of corporate finance and high-net-worth wealth, our team builds long-term, trust-based relationships that drive portfolio growth, liquidity optimization, and market resilience for clients across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities in India. Role & Responsibilities

• Prospect, onboard, and manage a portfolio of B2B corporate clients, family offices, and institutional investors across key Indian markets.


• Design and present customized investment structures (debt, equity, hybrid) aligned with client risk-return profiles and regulatory frameworks.


• Collaborate with product & legal teams to structure bespoke funding solutions including securitization, NCDs, private placements, and structured deposits.


• Drive pipeline growth through targeted outreach, industry events, and referrals—achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.


• Manage relationship lifecycle from KYC onboarding to post-sales service, ensuring compliance, transparency, and client retention.


• Prepare pitch decks, investment memos, and performance dashboards tailored to senior decision-makers (CFOs, Treasurers, Investment Committees).

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have

• CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)


• Financial modeling (Excel, Power BI)


• Investment structuring


• BFSI compliance (RBI, SEBI guidelines)


• Client onboarding workflows


• Stakeholder negotiation


• Portfolio management


• Pitch deck creation

Preferred

• CA or CFA certification


• Experience with NBFCs or private credit


• Knowledge of FPI / FDI investment routes
