Description
The Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored broking solutions. This role is integral to our Agency department's success, as it drives business growth and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and preferences.
Develop customized broking strategies to meet client needs and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and timely solutions.
Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to provide insightful advice to clients.
Monitor and analyze client portfolios, identifying opportunities for growth and risk mitigation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all client interactions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions for future reference.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on client relationships and performance.
Identify and address any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and expand the network.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the broking industry.
Strong knowledge of financial markets and broking practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
A self-starter with a results-driven approach.
