- Sales Cycles Management: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing
deals, ensuring a smooth transition to our customer success team for implementation.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the
company's growth by achieving daily calling numbers (min 80-100), emails (50-100), quality
leads.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to
identify new opportunities.
- Provide strategic inputs on pricing, packaging, and partner-led GTM campaigns.
- Own regional or vertical-specific revenue goals (e.g., BFSI/EMEA).
- Guide junior team members and contribute to refining sales processes.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging learning technologies, and evolving client needs in
digital transformation, AI, and cloud enablement.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of successful B2B and B2C sales experience, preferably in the education
or training industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex
information clearly and persuasively.
- Adept at building and nurturing client relationships, with a consultative and solution-oriented
approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, online communication platforms, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- The capability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Willingness to travel for in-person client meetings.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- A positive, proactive, and resilient attitude towards challenges and opportunities.
- Must be a data driven professional with experience in CRM, Marketing and Sales related
softwares etc.
- Must be able to understand Social media, SEO reports etc.
- Flexible to interact with clients in different timezones
