About Us:

EarthOne Accounting is an India-based outsourcing partner for UK accounting firms and UK businesses.

The work is done by qualified Chartered Accountants, with published pricing, one-month notice contracts, and GDPR-aligned data protection from the first file. We handle remote finance work for our clients, including tax returns, management accounts, and payroll. EarthOne was founded by Ketul Patel, a Chartered Accountant with more than a decade of experience in MSME accounting, finance staffing, and training across India and the UAE. Our aim is not to be the biggest firm in UK outsourcing but the most reliable one for the clients who choose us.

The Role:

You will own lead generation and lead nurturing for EarthOne's UK accounting business. You won't need to find leads from scratch. We provide the data, tools, and systems. Your job is to run outreach, start conversations with UK accounting firms and businesses, and move qualified prospects toward a signed engagement. After initial onboarding, we expect you to run this work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run email outreach campaigns to UK prospects using the company's CRM and outreach tools. This includes sequencing, follow-ups, and monitoring responses.
  
  


• Do LinkedIn outreach: connection requests, messaging, and follow-ups with decision-makers.
  
  


• Make direct calls to prospects to introduce our services and qualify interest.
  
  


• Keep accurate records of all email and LinkedIn replies, with the CRM and trackers kept up to date.
  
  


• Take primary discovery calls with prospects to understand their needs.
  
  


• Join secondary and closing calls alongside the Business Development Manager.
  
  


• Coordinate with the operations team on prospect requirements, scoping, and handovers.
  
  


• Nurture warm leads over time through timely, relevant follow-ups until they are ready to engage.
  
  

Requirements

Must-have: Excellent spoken and written English. You should have a clear, neutral accent that UK, US, and European clients understand easily. This is the one non-negotiable for this role.

Other Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience dealing with international clients based in the US, UK, or Europe.
  
  


• Hands-on experience running email outreach through a CRM or outreach tool, for example HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, Zoho, or similar.
  
  


• Comfortable with cold calling and with running prospect calls confidently on your own.
  
  


• Organised and disciplined about data and follow-ups.
  
  


• Able to work independently and take ownership of results once onboarded.
  
  


• Preferred Background (not mandatory)
  
  


• First preference: experience in accounting, tax, or finance outsourcing.
  
  


• Second preference: experience in IT outsourcing or other service-based outsourcing, such as digital marketing or staffing.
  
  

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST
  
  


• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM IST
  
  


• You need to be available for client calls outside these hours when UK time zones require it.
  
  


• You need to respond quickly on WhatsApp during working hours, since it is our primary internal communication channel.
